These Terms of Service apply to your use of epistelle.com and to purchases made from Epistelle. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked on the store. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law are not affected.
Products and orders
Epistelle currently offers digital stationery, writing resources, correspondence kits and related digital products. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, misuse of the store or technical problems. If payment has been taken for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Digital delivery
Standard digital products are delivered electronically through the store's configured digital-delivery flow. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for maintaining access to the device and software needed to open the supplied file format.
Personal use licence
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Epistelle digital products are licensed for the purchaser's personal use only. You may print copies for your own personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, upload for public access, share the source file as a commercial resource, or claim Epistelle content or designs as your own.
Personalised products
For personalised products, you are responsible for supplying accurate names, initials, wording and other requested details and for checking any proof provided to you. Epistelle is not responsible for errors that you approved in a proof or supplied in your personalisation instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Intellectual property
The Epistelle name, branding, product designs, text, graphics, templates and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Epistelle and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of those rights.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, use the store for unlawful activity, or use Epistelle products in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
Third-party services
The store is powered by Shopify and may rely on third-party payment, analytics, communications and delivery services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
We aim to keep the store and digital files accurate and available, but we do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epistelle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the store or digital products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of your order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
