Thoughtful tools for better words. Epistelle’s digital products are created to help you write, reflect, reconnect and make meaningful correspondence easier to begin.
What you are purchasing
Products identified as digital are downloadable files. No physical item or physical shipping is included unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
How delivery works
Standard digital products are delivered automatically after checkout. The download link may appear on the order confirmation page and/or be sent to the email address used for the order.
Epistelle’s current digital products are configured for up to 5 downloads per order.
Printing your files
Most Epistelle downloads are designed for A4 printing. You can print at home or use a local print service. For best results, use the print settings recommended inside the file and avoid “fit to page” when a template requires exact sizing.
Personalised digital products
Some products include a personalised final file. Where this applies, an immediate guide or companion file may be delivered automatically, while the customised files are prepared separately after we receive the required details and, where applicable, proof approval.
